PASS Software develops software solutions for clinical cardiovascular centres or lipid centres and related organisations. Especially organisations involved in cascade screening of inherited deseases like Familial Hypercholesteroleamia (FH).
PASS Clinical Vascular® is a fully integrated patient information system in which pedigree (familial) data is combined with medical patient records. For FH screening the patients family is drawn. For each relevant family member a medical record is connected which contains diagnostic data (mutations), medical and treatment data like cholesterol measurement and medication details. Workflow management supports the care pathways in your organisation effectively.
