Due to its flexible design, it is possible to customise Pass Clinical ® for different screening programmes and research studies.
The application was developed and implemented together with employees of employees of the Dutch FH screening organisation StOEH. This experience can be applied during the implementation of the screening process and is able to design the most suitable workflow.
Implementation
During implementation, the following ten steps are carried out:

Explanation
The workflow is designed after the installation of the servers, clients and software. A consultant of Pass Software will work through the process together with the customer. At this stage, the data structure and user interface is also designed.
When approved, the design is translated to include all technical adjustments. Following an accurate testing phase and possible conversion of the existing data, the application is ready for production and training is provided to all relevant employees who will be using the application. During the after-care phase the consultants of Pass Software will monitor the process to ensure the system is being used appropriately.
Training
Additional 'on the job' training can be provided after the implementation stage.
Service
Pass Software offers an international helpdesk service available during office hours for all questions and problems and can be reached by e-mail and telephone. The helpdesk is able to access the system remotely in order to provide a quick response.
Maintenance
Pass Software will carry out all of the necessary maintenance of the system including the daily back-up and pro-active monitoring of the system.
Development and user group
Pass Software is constantly improving its products and adding functionality for its users. In order to give users a say in this process, Pass Software organises a user group meeting twice a year.
